  • How can I select 2.4GHz Wi-Fi while setting up the VibroSaver?

    If your phone was connecting to 5GHz Wi-Fi network, please change it to 2.4 GHz band during the setup.
    1. In the VibroSaver app, tap Change Network to go to the Wi-Fi settings menu of your mobile device.
    2. Select your Wi-Fi network without 5(GHz) in its name and connect to it.
    3. To go back to VibroSaver app, on iOS device tap ◄VibroSaver at the top left corner of the screen and on Android device tap Back button of your device.

    Contact your internet service provider if you need further assistance on your home Wi-Fi device, network settings and password.
